We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.
We therefore may, at our sole and absolute discretion, elect to give you a refund, and only in the following circumstances:
(i) we only give refunds within the first 30 days of purchase;
(ii) your request for a refund emanates from an inability to install the layouts or sections or use its features;
(iii) you have attempted to resolve the issues described in (ii) via DiviWP’s support process and have allowed our support team a reasonable amount of time to troubleshoot and resolve your issues.
A few small points:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- We don't offer refunds on the basis that a user no longer wishes to use the Divi Theme itself.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we deem it necessary.
If you require a refund and your request fulfils the requirements above, you may open a support ticket.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed. You may open a support ticket for renewal refund queries.
